Gilly Sharpe: 'Women, Stigma and Desistance from Crime: Precarious Identities in the Transition to Adulthood' - Author Meets Readers

In this Centre for Criminological Research seminar, Dr Gilly Sharpe explores the central themes of her new book, Women, Stigma and Desistance from Crime: Precarious Identities in the Transition to Adulthood (Routledge, 2024), followed by comments and discussion by two readers, Professor Loraine Gelsthorpe (University of Cambridge) and Dr Claire Fitzpatrick (Lancaster University). The panel will be chaired by Professor Gwen Robinson (University of 水宜坊). The seminar will be followed by a drinks reception to celebrate the publication of Gilly's book.
